KZ Tandingan was surprised upon receiving an offer from her music influence Jessie J to work together in a project.
Kapamilya singer KZ Tandingan was able to soar higher than international singer Jessie J in a singing competition based in China called ‘Singer 2018’.
During the first episode of KZ on the said show, she mesmerized the British singer with her rendition of Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep’.
Due to that, Jessie was evicted from the contest. The Pinay singer, on the other hand, admitted that the international singer is one of the biggest influences she has for her singing career.
Aside from that first encounter with her idol, KZ is much more ecstatic as she received an offer from Jessie J.

Jessie expressed how she admires the singing prowess of the Kapamilya talent and the touching story behind her success.
“You are amazing. We know each other now. Stay in touch please,” Jessie said to the KZ.
Aside from commending the Pinay singer, Jessie J also offered the Pinay singer with a collaboration and this brought surprise to her.
Let’s do some work together. I’d love that. You really did a great job. You’re a star, like really, truly. You represent the Philippines like, *snap snap snap*” the British singer expressed.
Moreover, she also revealed her reaction regarding KZ’s performance of ‘Royals’ which resulted to her elimination out of the show.
“As for her performance, I was pleasantly surprised. And I just think she showcased a lot her individual talents. I think she’s definitely up there,” Jessie iterated.
For several week, KZ Tandingan awed the judges and the audience of the singing competition in China with her remarkable performances.
Unfortunately, she bid goodbye as she was tossed out of the show during the double elimination round based on the article.
