Being married to action movie star Robin Padilla is one of the highlights in the life of Mariel. However, there was a time in the life of the TV host that she had to be stronger not just as a wife but also as a mother.

Through her recent post on Instagram, Mariel shared the pain that she experienced back in 2015. That was her second miscarriage. “I never posted these photos from August 2015… it was the time I just found out that my babies didn’t develop and that my pregnancy was another miscarriage,” the host shared.

Robin, as a loving husband to his wife, decided to take her to Europe to mourn and heal from the pain that the miscarriage brought to her. “It was at this trip wherein I said I don’t mind if it will just be Robin and I that I was content with just US,” Mariel added.
However, a new hope came to her life, to their lives as a couple. “Little did I know God had bigger plans for us… 2016 He gave us Isabella, my answered prayer, and I was complete,” the It’s Showtime host enthused.

Having the second bundle of joy in their lives is like magic, according to Mariel Padilla. “I am grateful. I am extremely blessed. Thank you 100x,” the celebrity mother said.
