The first dance song of newlyweds Prince Harry and Meghan Markle after the royal wedding was finally revealed.
After the royal wedding ceremony at the St. George’s Chapel in the Windsor Castle grounds, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle joined a smaller number of guests for the evening reception.
Prince Charles was the one who hosted the party which was attended by only 200 guests from the 600 guests who were present during the wedding ceremony.
It was held at the Frogmore House on the night of May 19. The newlyweds arrived at the event riding an environmentally-friendly 1968 Jaguar E-Type Concept Zero that ran on electric power, based on the article published in E! News.
In that event, the couple also had their first dance and they chose the upbeat ’80s hit song of Whitney Houston ‘I Want To Dance With Somebody’.
During the evening reception, the groom’s father Prince Charles and older brother Prince William gave their speeches.
Prince William likened Prince Harry’s in love feeling to a little boy wetting himself.
“My brother is clearly in love. Being in love is like a little boy wetting himself. You don’t know you are doing it, everyone else knows and you get a warm feeling,” the Duke of Cambridge said.
He added a joke to his speech, “With all this talk of love, everyone is emotional, even the cake is crying.”
Prince Charles mentioned on his speech the budget for the evening reception which he hosted.
“The budget is out of the window on this one,” he said as he shrugged his shoulders.
Among the notable guests on a more private wedding reception of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were Idris Elba, Serena Williams, Alexis Ohanian and Priyanka Chopra.
On that night, the groom thanked the bridal gown designer of his bride, Clare Waight Keller who was there also.
For the Prince, the woman of his life looked “absolutely stunning” in her wedding gown, based on a report.
