Remember Sheryn Regis Of 'Star In A Million'? Here Is Her Life Now

This is the life now of Sheryn Regis who won as 2^nd runner-up in ‘Star In A Million’.

Dubbed as Crystal Voice of Asia, Sheryn Regis started her singing career when she joined the reality singing contest of ABS CBN ‘Star In A Million’ in 2003.

She ended up as a runner-up of Erik Santos in the said competition. However, a year prior to that she also joined ‘Eat Bulaga’s’ Sing-Eat.

Although, she finished second place, Sheryn still received an offer from Star Records and her piece for the final showdown in the singing contest ‘Come In Out Of The Rain’ became her signature song.

The singer was also an occasional actress for she made appearances in several TV shows in the Kapamilya network such as ‘Utoy’ in 2008 and ‘I Love Betty La Fea’ in the same year.

She also had regular appearances in variety shows of ABS CBN and was once one of the mainstays in ‘ASAP’.

Behind the success of her singing career, there was a rumor which rose a few years ago and it was regarding her personal life.

Reportedly, the female singer was speculated to be a lesbian when she was linked to another woman named Emy Madrigal who is a businesswoman.

The rumors were intensified by the fact that the singer was already married to Earl Echiverri in 2002 and they already have a daughter named Sweety.

On the other hand, Sheryn Regis neither denied nor confirmed the allegations against her until now.

Eventually, the rumors died out when she decided to pursue a career abroad.

Currently, the singer is living in Texas but she is still doing some shows there. Last year, she was back in the country and held a show as a way of saying thank you to all her fans.

She also ventured in hosting for the show called ‘Pinoy Houston TV’.

Based on Sheryn Regis’ Instagram posts, she is still doing some concerts and shows abroad.
