Young JV reacted to the uncontrollable spread of his video scandal on social media and how he deals with it.
Urban pop artist Young JV faces with a big challenge as being the new ambassador of Megasoft Hygienic Products due to his previous video scandal.
Despite of that, he said that he is not afraid to take the responsibility of what he did in the past.
The pop artist also said that the controversial video continues to spread on social media and he can do nothing about it.
“Hindi ko po ma-control, e. It’s all over the place, sa ngayon, oo, parang sabi ko, bahala na kayo diyan. Ako, move on na rin,” he said, based on the article published in Bandera.
For Young JV, the past is past and everyone has the right to rise up again from a downfall.
When asked if he receives offers to do sexy roles, the pop artist said that, so far, he hasn’t received one but he is willing to do just topless and nothing more than that.
“Pero mga movies na aabngan sa akin, hindi naman. Topless siguro pwede pero hindi naman siguro ‘yung mga what-the-hell scenes,” he shared.
Now, that there is a company who trusted him, Young JV said that he is thankful for the opportunity given to him.
“May trust pa rin sila sa akin at nakikita nila ang capability ko bilang isang artista and performer at kung ano ang magagawa ko para sa Megasoft,” the pop artist happily said.
Aileen Choi-Go, Megasoft VP for Sales and Marketing, said that they did not consider the past video scandal that Young JV had in taking him as their product endorser.
For the said company, all celebrities have positive and negative sides but when it comes to the urban pop star, his positive side overpowered the controversy he had before, based on the source.
