While working on “Tubig at Langis,” actress Christine Reyes admitted on Tuesday that she learned something following the incident that she and the veteran actress Vivian Velez got into.

The star of the afternoon drama revealed her lesson on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” thus refusing to elaborate on her much-publicized fallout with Velez.

“I guess it’s better to be just quiet,” she said.

Velez earlier claimed that the 27-year-old Reyes humiliated her and led to her “immediate irrevocable resignation” from the show.

However for Reyes, Velez had been an eye to several complaints from the production staff regarding her behavior.

“It saddens me that I’m being used in this particular situation of hers. Sana if ever na mag-settle na lahat ng emotions niya ay maisip niya at ma-realize niya na we all know the truth,” Reyes said.

In the same end, Reyes alleged that Velez was lying and denied that she inflicted that Velez should be thrown out of their shared dressing room.

Asked about the speculations that she gets jealous when husband, Ali Khatabi, works with female modeals, Reyes shrugged the issue.

“Hindi naman. Very friendly naman iyong mga girls. Pag nakikita nila ako, lumalapit naman sila sa akin,” she disclosed.

In separate interviews, Reyes meanwhile admitted that motherhood has helped her improve as an actress.

And asked about her plans of accepting sexy roles, the actress is positive that her fans would still like her project while keeping a more wholesome image.

Aside from her series in the ABS-CBN, she is also working on a horror film-project ‘Elemento’ to which she hoped will be graced by movie goers.
