Comedian Chokoleit Dies At 46, Had His Last Performance In Abra

The comedian Chokoleit dies at 46, after his last performance in Abra- his talent agency, ABS-CBN has confirmed. It was a devastating news to all, especially to Chokoleit’s family and to his friends in the showbiz industry including Vice Ganda, Pokwang, and John Lapus.

According to the news, Chokoleit was in Abra for his out-of-town performance when he experienced difficulty in breathing. He was then rushed to the hospital in Vigan which is 1 hour away from Abra and but eventually didn’t make it.

In a statement, Star Magic said: “Details are still being gathered. Chokoleit was performing in an out of town show in Abra, and experienced difficulty in breathing after his performance.”

Chokoleit’s last performance was all recorded in a video where he was seen coughing and having a hard time breathing. Some netizens who were there said that his last words seem to be a premonition of his demise.

Chokoleit has gained his popularity in his role as Pearly Shell in the ABS-CBN television series “Marina,” which starred Claudine Barretto in the title role.
