The judge denied their Motion to Quash because they were employing all sorts of delaying tactics,” he remarked. Muhlach remains resolute in seeking justice, despite the challenges posed by the defense’s strategies. “No matter the defamation or attempts to turn the tables against me, I will fight this to the end, even if they plead not guilty. After all, what criminal would admit to such cases?” he added.
