The entire story originated from a question by Carmina Villaruel, the show’s host, which immediately caught the attention of viewers and Eric himself.
Eric did not expect this kind of question from Carmina, but he bravely answered it. According to him, he and Toni Gonzaga were a couple for almost three years. He disclosed details about his past relationships, including his first girlfriend Claudine Barretto before becoming involved with Toni.
