Gerald Anderson shares thoughts on working with Bea Alonzo.
Kapamilya hunk actor Gerald Anderson admitted that he felt awkward working with ABS-CBN prized star Bea Alonzo. The two will star in an upcoming Star Cinema movie.
Alonzo and Anderson were romantically linked to each other. However, both of them neither deny nor confirmed their relationship.
In an interview with the press and ABS-CBN News, Anderson explained that there is really the feeling of awkwardness if you have a new love tandem.
“Kahit sino naman, kapag may bagong leading lady ka or leading man, ganun talaga, magkakaroon talaga ng awkwardness,” he said.
Anderson also added that he is already expecting that people will bring up their past. But despite this, they aim to show a good movie despite what other people will say.
“Siyempre kasama talaga yun, it is what it is. Ganun talaga. Sa amin, gusto lang naming magbigay ng magandang movie despite kung ano man ang sasabihin ng iba. Kasama talaga yan, wala naman kaming magagawa,” he added.
On the other hand, Alonzo revealed that there already a lot of plans for them before, but it was not pushed through. She also said that she feels “weird” to be working with Anderson for the first time.
The movie will be directed by Dan Villages and it is still untitled. According to Star Cinema, the film will be released sometime this year. This will mark will mark the first big screen project of Alonzo and Anderson.
