Kapamilya actress Jodi Sta. Maria hints about the reason behind her breakup with actor-turned-politician Jolo Revilla, following her admission about their split.

On Tuesday’s episode of “Tonight With Boy Abunda“, the “Pangako Sa ‘Yo” star admitted that she is no longer in a relationship with re-elected Cavite Vice Governor.
While she stressed that they are still friends, Jodi Sta. Maria did not reveal more details about their breakup.
Apparently, the 34-year-old actress gave clue about the reason of their breakup when she was promoting her upcoming movie “The Achy Breaky Hearts.”
According to Sta. Maria, the right man will do everything to meet your standards in love if he really wants to be with you.
“We should never apologize for having high standards in love, because the right man, or the man who really wants to be in your life will rise up to meet those standards,” she was quoted saying.
Yesterday, Revilla has spoken up about the breakup but did not elaborate the reason behind, saying that it’s not the right time to talk about his personal life.
“Pagdating sa personal, pagdating sa puso, may tamang oras para diyan,” he said in an interview with Philippine Entertainment Portal.
There were speculations about the status of their relationship since February, but the two remained mum. Earlier this month, they were spotted together at the opening of a cafe owned by Revilla’s half-brother.
