Julia Barretto doesnt’t feel pressured when compared to Kathryn Bernardo and Liza Soberano.
Young actress Julia Barretto was made to react to the success of her Kapamilya co-stars Kathryn Bernardo and Liza Soberano.
In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the “Mira Bella” star said she no longer feels pressured being compared to them since she knows that God has plans for her.
“Hindi na. Actually never, I don’t want to question God’s plans for me. Kanya-kanyang paths, destiny,” she said.
She also said that she will just focus on her dreams because she knows that it will come at the right time.
According to Barretto, it’s just a matter of timing and she is just waiting for hers, adding that there is no need to rush since she is still learning.
“I really don’t want to question God’s timing. Timing lang ‘yan. We all have our own time. I’m just waiting for mine. There’s no need to rush. I’m glad that I’m able to learn slowly so that when I get there, I’m ready. I want to be ready,” she continued.
The 19-year-old actress was last seen in the afternoon series “And I Love You So.” The soap concluded earlier this year.
Barretto is set to star in a television series again this year with Iza Calzado, Ian Veneracion, Bea Alonzo and Enchong Dee. The production has yet to reveal further details about the new project.
Barretto said that she is excited to work in the series as it is a dream come true for her to work with the ABS-CBN prized stars.
