LTFRB initiates some steps to summoned the reckless driver that just left the two passengers who fell off the bus. One of them almost got her leg crushed.
According to the LTFRB, the driver was identified as Nicolas Salunson while his conductor was identified as Guillberto Venturero. It was around eight in the morning, July 11, 2016 at EDSA corner Kalayaan Avenue when the incident happened.
Alexander Allen Lim a concerned netizen posted the video on the social media. The video showed that the two female passengers fell off while alighting a Jasper Jean bus with plate number TYS-638 while the driver and the conductor did nothing.
One of the passengers legs were almost got crushed but Instead of helping the victims, the bus just ran away and left the two passengers. the ignorant conductor diidnt even stop to check if the passengers got hurt.
According to a report, the LTFRB board member Atty. Ariel Inton issued a show cause order to the operator to explain why their certificate of public convenience (CPC) should not be cancelled. The reckless driver and the ignorant conductor must show courtesy to passengers and must secure the assurance of their safety.
The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) also confirmed that there will be a a hearing on Wednesday regarding for the incident. According to an interview, Lim is willing to be a witness if needed.
