After negotiations, it was sold for 500,000.00 pesos. Abegail also announced Francesca’s imminent entry into showbiz, which may be one of the reasons why she introduced her, hoping for a quick rise to fame and public acceptance.
Many netizens and Filipino citizens are waiting for an official statement from the Magalona family, especially Francis’ wife, Pia Magalona, and their children who are also known in the showbiz industry, such as Maxenne Magalona and Elmo Magalona. The articles from their social media posts seem to be speculation because they have not directly commented on Abegail’s revelation.
Let’s recall a statement from Maxenne during the previous ABS-CBN ball where she said, “I have to be cool because I am the daughter of Francis M.” This is evidence of their silence due to their professionalism. They do not want to add to or exacerbate the issue. In my opinion, we should admire them for this and avoid tarnishing the issue further because we don’t know the full story behind it.
