Gerald, Pia’s ‘My Perfect You’ P100M Earning Chided By Netizens, Mico Del Rosario Fires Back

‘My Perfect You’ of Gerald Anderson and Pia Wurtzbach released claim of P100 million earnings, netizens chided it, Mico Del Rosario responded.

Star Cinema recently released a movie with title ‘My Perfect You’ which featured the first time onscreen tandem of Gerald Anderson and Pia Wurtzbach.

After several weeks of showing in cinemas, the film outfit of ABS-CBN claimed that the romantic comedy under the direction of veteran director Cathy Garcia Molina has already reached P100 million earnings.

This was also posted by Mico Del Rosario, in-charge in Star Cinema’s advertising and promotion, on his Instagram account.

Despite the reported success of ‘My Perfect You’, there were netizens who chided this claim from the Kapamilya’s film outfit.

There were those who said that it was just all claims from Star Cinema.

On the other hand, Del Rosario fires back to those who said that it was just for promotional purposes.

The site of Fashion Pulis shared one of the negative comments regarding the claim of Gerald-Pia movie.

Instagram user @manalllopez said that there is no evidence that will prove the claim of Star Cinema that the said movie has already earned a hundred million pesos.

With this, Del Rosario responded to the reproving from the said netizen.

One netizen in the person of Instagram user @itsokae said that the other film outfit claimed that they were cheated because the result of movie earnings was not favorable to them.

On the site of FP, there were also netizens who expressed negative comments about ‘My Perfect You’, however, the fans of Gerald-Pia movie fired back and said that those were the fans of James Reid and Nadine Lustre who were chiding the movie claim.
