‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ finalist Rachel Gabreza won the grand prize in the international singing competition which was held in London.
Rachel Gabreza, former ‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ finalist of ‘It’s Showtime’, made another reason why Filipinos should be proud.
She may not found her success in the local singing competition but she was able to rise among other 30 contestants who joined in the ‘Albion Grand Prix 2018’ which took place in London last February 20.
Based on the article published in kami.com.ph, Rachel won the grand prize in the international singing contest which was organized by Musica Nova, UK’s International Academy of Music together with the World Association of Performing Arts.
In the said yearly music competition, the representative from the Philippines sang ‘Go The Distance’ and ‘I Am Changing’ as her winning pieces.
Despite the fact that she did not won as the grand champion in ‘Tawag Ng Tanghalan’ (TNT), Rachel Gabreza was able to have the title that was really meant for her.
In addition, she also added to the ‘Filipino Pride’ for winning against other contestants from different countries around the globe.
