Newly appointed TESDA Chief of Duterte is a lawyer from Mindanao.
Newly appointed Director General for Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) is Guiling Mamondiong. It was confirmed by President Duterte during his speech in the Gathering of Muslim Leaders in Davao City.
Guiling Mamondiong is a lawyer and the former transportation undersecretary. He will take over the position of Irene Isaac.
He passed his BAR exam on March 04, 1997 and was raised as a succesful lawyer in Lanao del Sur.
During the presidential campaign, Mamondiong, an active supporter and a key organizer of the members of volunteers of MRRD for president Duterte.
According to a report, he used to work under the administration of Former President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo as her undersecretary for DOTC. Now, he was appointed as the chief of the head the government’s vocational and technical skills training agency who aims to give a chance and opportunity to achieve their goals in life.
This opportunity will add another six years of his career by giving opportunity to the young people to build their dreams and acts as a preparation for a better future. TESDA will be the great training for every Filipino to have the opportunity to find job outside and inside of the country.
