Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, and other parts of Cagayan Valley In these areas, the weather will range from partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainfall. This condition is still influenced by the North Monsoon, but no significant impact is anticipated.
Metro Manila and other parts of the country In Metro Manila and other parts of the country, the weather will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms. This is attributed to the Easterlies and localized thunderstorms. There is also a possibility of flooding or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
Wind and Coastal Water Conditions Analysis In Luzon and the eastern section of Visayas, strong to moderate winds from the east to northeast are expected. Coastal waters will be moderate to rough (1.2 to 3.0 meters). In the rest of the country, winds will be light to moderate from the east to northeast, and coastal waters will be slight to moderate (0.6 to 2.5 meters).
