In Batanes and the Babuyan Islands, heavy rain is anticipated due to the Northeast Monsoon. The cloudy skies may lead to occasional light to heavy rains, potentially causing floods or landslides. Hence, caution and preparation of residents in the area are crucial.

In Visayas, Mindanao, MIMAROPA, and the Bicol Region, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered rain showers or thunderstorms are expected. Localized thunderstorms may bring about possible flooding or landslides, especially in areas susceptible to intense and heavy rainfall.

For Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon, partly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered light rains are expected. Nevertheless, the weather’s impact on these areas is anticipated to be low.

Regarding wind and sea conditions, moderate to strong winds are expected in Luzon and the eastern parts of Visayas and Mindanao, coming from the East to the Northeast. Coastal waters in these areas may range from moderate to rough (1.2 to 2.8 meters). In the rest of the country, gentle to moderate winds from the Northeast are expected, with coastal waters ranging from slight to moderate (0.6 to 2.5 meters).
