Rosmar Tan recently addressed circulating rumors that her team failed to pay for their meals in Coron, Palawan. In a social media post, Rosmar clarified the situation and shared her experience.
According to Rosmar, many restaurants compete to offer them free meals in exchange for promoting their establishments on social media. Team Malakas agreed to this arrangement, visiting restaurants that offered complimentary meals as part of an XDEAL. Rosmar mentioned that they posted photos and feedback on their social media accounts to show gratitude for the free food.
Rosmar added that this was her first time experiencing an XDEAL for food. Typically, she pays when dining out with her family. However, this time, numerous restaurants showcased their bestsellers, and they gladly accepted the offers.
She explained that if it weren’t for the XDEAL, they would have chosen their dining spots and paid as usual. One night, three restaurants competed for their dinner booking. Despite already being full, they visited another restaurant out of respect for the food preparation.
Rosmar concluded by thanking all the restaurants they dined at in Coron and encouraged people not to believe the fake news about them. She expressed her gratitude to the kind and accommodating restaurant owners they visited.
