Sam Pinto’s Journey: Building L’Sirene Boutique Resort in Baler

Sam Pinto delved into the story of her resort, L’Sirene Boutique, which she built on her P17 million property that she paid in full. In an interview with Karen Davila on her YouTube vlog, the actress shared that she was just 27 years old when she bought the 3.5-hectare land in Baler, Aurora.

The desire to build her own resort stemmed from her love of beaches. “tried surfing sa La Union and parang na-in love ako sa sport, kasi I’m very sporty eh, I’m a Sagittarius so I love anything to do with the water,” Sam said. “Nung pumunta kami sa Baler, na-in love talaga ako kasi sobrang ganda niya. Plus, ‘yung beach niya, pwede kang mag-surf kahit saan.”

Her mother’s advice as an estate lawyer also played a significant role. “Ang nanay ko kasi, estate lawyer, sabi niya ‘Lupa talaga, kasi hindi bumababa ang lupa eh.’ Dapat bahay lang ito, eh ang laki ng property na nabili ko. Ang laki masyado, para pa lang beach house. Sabi ko, ‘I-share ko kaya itong paradise na ito with everybody.’ So ayan, nabuhay ang resort,” she continued.
Sam revealed that she paid for the land in full with her earnings from showbiz projects and endorsements. “I think it was P17 million,” she said.

The L’Sirene Boutique Resort features 15 rooms designed by Sam for comfort and relaxation. Guests are greeted by a spacious lounge pool perfect for leisurely swims and comfy gazebos for moments of pure bliss. The resort also has an onsite restaurant offering a diverse menu of Filipino dishes and seafood. For those preferring private dining, room service is available.

Additional amenities include a bar for cocktails, a spa area for relaxation, a garden with vibrant flowers and tropical plants, and a souvenir shop with locally made handicrafts and clothing.

The resort is a short walk from Sabang Beach, known for its golden sands and crystal-clear waters. “The beach has no limits when it comes to surfing,” Sam said. The resort also offers kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing. Surfing lessons are available at a surf shack for P500 per head.

Accommodation options include Deluxe Rooms at 35 sqm with two luxurious queen beds for P6,500 per night and Super Deluxe Rooms at 40 sqm with two queen beds for P7,500 per night. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities such as aesthetic furniture, free Wi-Fi, a television, air conditioning, and two separate bathrooms complete with hygiene essentials.
