The groom was surprised after seeing his paralyzed wife walking down the aisle on their wedding day. The wedding day is one of the most important days in a person’s life, and almost all of us look forward to it. This is the result of love, where the bond between the couple is strengthened and solidified through marriage, so they can be called husband and wife and start a family. Some couples spend years saving up for an extravagant wedding, with a beautiful venue, attire, and wedding design. This also includes well-known personalities as sponsors and godparents.
A wedding often becomes a reunion of siblings, friends, and distant relatives, as they make an effort to attend the wedding of their loved ones. Weddings are also a significant indicator for women to gauge if a man is truly serious about marrying them.
In a touching and tearful moment, the wedding between the couple Chelsie Hill and Jay Bloomfield took place, where Chelsie tried to surprise her partner by walking down the aisle with the support of her father, despite being paralyzed from the waist down for 11 years after an accident.
In her statement, Chelsie said, “My whole life I had imagined standing eye to eye with my husband on my wedding day. After my accident, I wasn’t sure if I would ever find someone who truly loved all of me.” Even though it was difficult for her to walk, she still pushed through, and Jay was both happy and tearful watching her walk. Their friends and wedding sponsors were also joyful and tearful as they watched that moment.
