Vicki Belo says Scarlet Snow is 100 percent her biological daughter with Hayden Kho.
Celebrity doctor Vicki Belo clarified baby Scarlet Snow is her biological daughter with long-time boyfriend Hayden Kho. This is contrary to the reports that Kho is the only biological parent.

In a statement aired on Bandila on Wednesday, Belo said that Scarlet Snow is 100 percent their daughter. She was conceived through the process of in vitro fertilization.
Belo also said that it is not true that she never met the surrogate mother of her baby, saying that they visited her and stayed with her for one month before Scarlet Snow was born.
“It’s not true that we don’t know her. We visited the family to make sure they were a happy family and ate well. We even stayed with them at the fifth month and for one month awaiting Scarlet’s birth,” he said.
According to Belo,the surrogate mother exactly gave birth to their baby on March 3, 2015. Some of his god parents are Jodi Sta. Maria, Anne Curtis, Kim Atienza and Ogie Alcasid.
Vicki Belo and Hayden Kho only revealed their daughter to the public on Monday by posting a photo of Scarlet Snow on their respective Instagram accounts. The couple also shared how their baby has changed their lives.
“This is the sunshine of our lives .Meet our baby @scarletsnow33. It’s amazing how this little girl has affected @dochayden and my life in such a positive way,” Belo wrote in the caption.
Last year, it was rumored that they have opted for in vitro fertilization, but the celebrity doctors neither deny nor confirmed the news.
