Yeng Constantino has successfully fulfilled her dream of having a beach house in Botolan Zambales where she and her husband Yan Asuncion can celebrate special occasions and have time to unwind from the busy days of work and stress.
At 34, the OPM star shared a glimpse of their dream beach house in Botolan, Zambales. Yeng expressed her desire for their future children to easily find relaxation in their own beach house, avoiding the hassle of searching and visiting different places to unwind.
Located near the shore, the 1,250-square-meter property features six air-conditioned bedrooms that can accommodate up to 24 people. The quaint, Scandinavian-designed rest house exudes a fresh atmosphere with its minimalist furnishings sourced from local shops in Zambales and Dapitan Arcade.
They also have a spacious dining area inside an all-glass kubo-style room with wooden picnic tables, or if they prefer an al-fresco setup, they have a small version of it outside. Recently, they built an infinity pool where they can unwind, apart from the beach. It comes with white pebbles that add a refreshing vibe to it.
They purchased the land in the years 2017 and 2018 and developed the space throughout the year 2019. The beach house is primarily for family use at the moment, but they are not closing the doors to the possibility of using it as a vacation rental home in the future.
The story of Yeng Constantino and Yan Asuncion’s beach house serves as an inspiration to many who aspire to pursue their dreams and succeed in their goals. Their beachfront home is a glimpse into their private lives and an inspiration to anyone desiring their triumph and success.
