The Nursing Board Exam Result November 2025 is expected to release on or before November 26, 2025 or in 13-15 working days after the last day of board exam.
Professional Regulation Commission conducted the Nurse Licensure Exam (NLE) at testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Calapan, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Palawan, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cabanatuan, and Ilocos Sur on November 4 and 5, 2025.
The Professional Regulation Commission announced on November 4, 2025 that the conduct of board exam in Cebu, Iloilo, and Tacloban has been rescheduled to November 6 and 7, 2025 due to typhoon “Tino”.
PRC Board of Nursing Chairperson Leah Primitiva S. Paquiz and members Mila Delia M. Llanes, Zenaida C. Gagno, Elsie A. Tee, Mary Grace C. Lacanaria, Josefina A. Tuazon, and Merle L. Salvani administered the board examinations.

The Nursing Board Exam Result November 2025 may be released by the Professional Regulation Commission earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Registrants are advised to register online through the official website of the PRC and follow the steps in online registration.
Here is the list of registration requirements:
- Notice of Admission (for identification purposes only)
- Duly accomplished Oath Form or “Panunumpa ng Propesyonal”
- two pieces of passport-sized ID photos on a white background and with a complete name tag
- two sets of documentary stamp
- one piece short brown envelope
In addition, successful board examinees shall register and sign in the “Roster of Registered Professionals” personally.
