Professional Regulation Commission conducted the licensure exam on April 18, 2024 at testing centers in NCR, Baguio, Butuan, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Lucena, Legazpi, and Tacloban.
PRC Board of Real Estate Service Chairperson Ofelia C. Binag and members Rafael M. Fajardo, Jose Arnold M. Tan, and Pilar M. Torres-Banaag administered the licensure examinations.

The Real Estate Broker Exam Result April 2024 may be released by the Professional Regulation Commission earlier or later than the target date without prior notice.
OATH-TAKING CEREMONIES
Successful licensure examinees who are interested in attending the face-to-face mass oath-taking ceremony shall register not later than 12:00 noon of the day before the date of the oath-taking at the official website of the PRC in order to confirm their attendance.
Inductees are also advised to register and confirm their attendance in the regions where they took their licensure exam and intend to register as professionals.
