Pacquiao Distributes 1.5M in his Two-day Visit in the City of Bacolod

Boxing Champ Manny Pacquiao distributed 1.5 million pesos during his two-day visit in the city of Bacolod from September 20 to 21 this year.

Pacquiao went to Bacolod to witness the first home game of Bacolod Master Sardines. This team won against SOCCSKSARGEN in the MPBL game in a score of 89 – 80.

Manny Pacquiao founded the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). This league is a regional men’s semi-professional basketball league in the Philippines.

According to Pacquiao, he will be back to Bacolod for the upcoming Masskara Festival event in October this year.

The next game of Bacolod Master Sardines will be on Tuesday, October 1, at Muntinlupa Sports Complex. The team will compete against Parañaque Patriots.

Greg Gasataya, the congressman of the Lone District, confirmed that the second home game of the said team will be on October 17.

Gasataya also said that Pacquiao is willing to give money to his supporters; although there is a notice from the PNP about the possible risk he might be facing during his two-day visit in the city.

Pacquiao said that he was happy to be back in Bacolod for a long time since his last visit. He then thanked his fans for their support on his career.
