They have some years left to live but as to their bed after losing breath, they customized a casket with a shape of an airplane.
An old couple in Iligan City are already preparing for their bed after they lose their last breath – a casket with a shape of an airplane – that would fly them to the next life.
Flora Actub Tapic is 81 years old and lives together with her husband, Luciano, who is now 81, at Barangay Kiwalan, Iligan City.
Although they still have some years left to live, they do not want to given burden to their loved ones as to their wake and so, they have already prepared caskets which are shaped like an airplane.
But this news is not new to their neighbors because the Tapic couple’s son, who is a carpenter, handmade their caskets with a design of an airplane.
Flora’s casket was done in Year 2000 while Luciano’s was finished two years ago.
