A recent news report in Phil Star Global stated the stressing of the essence of professionalism by the Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar as the President calls for it.
“He [referring to Pres. Duterte] also called on the media to be more professional,” the Presidential Communications Secretary said in the report.
This address of the President rooted on the recent issue that almost caused a rift between Pres. Duterte and United States Pres. Barack Obama due to certain expressions used by the Philippine leader.
