Brad Pitt hasn’t answered Angelina Jolie’s divorce Petition.
Brad Pitt confirms that he will not file an official reply until his and Angelina’s lawyers reach an agreement over the custody of their six children.
According to a recent report from TMZ, the actor will not file an official reply to Angelina Jolie’s divorce petition, despite being two days over Wednesday cut-off date. Brad Pitt does not want to “set the stage for a nasty legal battle.”
The 52-year-old actor will not file an official reply, this was after both still disagree about the custody of their six children.
According to TMZ, Angelina Jolie wants sole Physical custody, and Pitt wants joint Custody. Pitt is apparently delaying getting it started for the welfare of the children.
Furthermore, the Family Services still has an open investigation into Pitt’s confrontation with son Maddox Jolie-Pitt that sparked the divorce last month. Earlier this week, Pitt has reportedly met his oldest child, 15-year-old Maddox.
