A certain Diana Lagman from Pampanga is in the third list of President Duterte containing drug personalities.
A certain Diana Lagman was named by President Rodrigo Duterte to be included in his third narco-list, a list of names of drug personalities in the Philippines.
In his visit at the 9th Infrantry Division of Philippine Army at Camp Elias Angeles San Jose, Pili, in Camarines Sur, he mentioned a certain Diana Lagman coming from Pampanga as having links to the illegal trade in the country.
In his speech, Duterte once again showed the white folder where the third narco-list is attached.
Aside from Lagman, President Duterte said there are also 40 judges and many Chinese nationals are included in the list of a thick volume of printed names inside a white folder. The Chinese drug persons occupy a page in the list.
“Chinese is our friend but there is about one page here. One page (of the drug list has the names of Chinese nationals involved in narcotics)”, said the president, talking to the military men and women of the 9th ID.
