President Rodrigo Duterte challenged the business community who are not happy with his recent pronouncements to just leave the Philippines.
This is the reaction of President Duterte to the statement of United States (US) State Department Assistant Sec. Daniel Russel that the comments of the chief executive are causing wary to business communities.
According to President Duterte, he has already decided to keep silence on Russel’s statement but he just cannot let it pass.
Duterte said, the investors are free to leave and the Philippines will just have to face life without them.
He is confident that without the “unsatisfied” members of the business community, the Filipino people can survive as they had during the tough times in the past.
