Trump called for the cancellation of the US election and wanted himself to be called the winner.
In less than two weeks before the Election day, Republican presidential bet Donald Trump called for the cancellation of the election and be declared as the winner.
Donald Trump made the pronouncements during his rally on Thursday as he slammed against his rival, Democratic standard bearer Hillary Clinton.
“Just thinking to myself right now, we should just cancel the election and just give it to Trump”, he said. “Her policies are so bad. Boy, do we have a big difference”, Trump added, referring to the former first lady and secretary of state.
Trump’s call for the cancellation of the elections followed after his repeated and serious questioning of the legitimacy of the presidential election in the past weeks as he has been beaten by Clinton in the survey.
Trumps has been behind Clinton in tracking polls and in key battleground states.
It is yet unclear how Trump can amass the votes of the Electoral College, which is needed to win the presidency if polls hold where they are through the Big Day.
The Republican standard bearer earlier slammed his Democratic rival and mocked her as “low energy” for the second time in many days, even asked the crowd to his rally who they think between Clinton and the former Democratic favorite Jeb Bush is more “low energy”.
Trump polled his crowd saying, “Who is more low energy, Jeb Bush or Hillary Clinton?” and most of his audience replied, “Hillary!”.
According to Trump, Hillary does not have the stamina to be the next United States president and therefore, there must be an Election cancellation and he be declared the winner.
He has been drawing more and more negative reactions from the crowd with his recent pronouncements.
A day before he called for the cancellation, a Trump hater, James Otis who is an heir to the Otis family elevator fortune, had destroyed his Hollywood Walk of Fame Star.
