A car got “broken in” at the most unexpected place because the windows were rammed while the car was parked in front of the Negros Museum, near the Bacolod Hall of Justice on November 16, Wednesday morning at 9.
The car owner, who according to his Facebook account is Keith Balbin and believed to be an employee at the Hall of Justice, posted in his Facebook account five photos of his damaged car.
In the post, Keith said his car got “broken in” while it was parked in front of the Negros Museum, which is just beside the Hall of Justice.
The pictures revealed that the window in the right side was carved but the alarm system was not triggered and the crime did not catch the attention of the people.
