The charges were filed against three Jane Does, five John Does and one identified man.
Charges have been filed against nine personalities who are being pointed as behind the Roxas Avenue Night Market in Davao City on late September 2 evening where 15 lives were claimed and over 60 others were injured.
Charges on multiple murder and multiple frustrated murder were filed against three Jane Does, five John Does and one identified male person.
According to Police Senior Supt. Valeriano de Leon, the commander of the Special Investigation Task Group (SITG) Night Market, they have gathered sufficient evidences against the yet unidentified suspects.
As of now, the SITG Night Market already holds six cartographic sketches which they have already released but did not identify the suspects.
Senior Supt. De Leon added that there is a big possibility that the suspects have a contact person in Davao to materialize the night market bombing where it targeted many victims.
