CPP Condemns The Violent Dispersal Of Protesters At US Embassy

The CPP also calls for an in-depth investigation on the way the police dispersed the protesters at the US embassy.

After the violent dispersal of the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) to protesters outside the United States Embassy in Manila on October 19, the Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP) called for an in-depth investigation.

The CPP condemned the way the police dispersed the protesters, which was done by ramming of a police patrol van against the rallyists, leaving several individuals wounded.

The CPP called for an in-depth investigation, saying that the government should put to task the policemen behind the running of a police vehicle over the Anti-US protesters.
