DOH announces plan to open a ‘mega’ drug rehabilitation facility in November.
DOH ANNOUNCES – The Department of Health has recently made a statement on eyeing November as the opening month of a ‘mega’ drug rehabilitation facility.
The goal to clean the Philippines from the presence of drug use and trades has always been set on the top as it can be visibly seen even by ordinary citizens. Pres. Rodrigo ‘Rody’ Duterte, his administration, and the Philippine National Police have worked together to achieve the matter.
Geared by the brave warnings from the President, a lot of drug users and pushers have surrendered themselves to authorities. Putting up of drug rehabilitation centers now to accommodate the drug patients is one of the matters that need to be addressed.
In a recent news report, one Chinese philanthropist and real estate developer extended a hand by funding a ‘mega’ drug rehabilitation facility in the Philippines.
