Duterte’s Matrix Is Out; De Lima On Top

The Duterte matrix shows De Lima and her alleged lover, Ronnie Dayan, in the front row of illegal drug trade in the Bilibid.

President Rodrigo Duterte awaken the sleeping thoughts of Thursday dawn when he revealed the dubbed Duterte matrix showing Senator Leila de Lima’s alleged involvement in the drug operation at the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).

De Lima and her driver who is allegedly her lover, Ronnie Dayan, are on top of the matrix.

Dayan is described as “BF of De Lima since the CHR days. Started as driver, now known as BOSS De Lima or ‘Case Fixer’ of Urbiztondo, Pangasinan of well-known politicians”.

Also tagged were former governor and now Pangasinan 5th District Rep. Amado Espino, former Pangasinan administrator Rafael Baraan, his brother, former Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III and Pangasinan Board Member Raul Sison.

Duterte also wrote in his matrix that Espino has posted bail on plunder charges because of illegal mining case. He also tagged him into black sand mining, quarrying and ‘jueteng’.

Both Espino and Baraan were involved in black sand mining in Pangasinan.

 “According to BM Raul Sison, “Gov Espino is the richest politician in the Northern Luzon.” He has amassed-unexplained wealth.”

Espino is a PMA graduate and is a retired PNP general who held high positions since Philippine Constabulary.

Both Espino and Baraan were involved in black sand mining in Pangasinan.

A certain “Ms Cardenosa” also appears in the matrix. She is connected with Dayan and serving as the dummy for his properties.

Sison is connected with “Ms Cardenosa” and Espino, the matrix shows.

Prior to releasing the matrix, Duterte said that he was reviewing and investigating the linkages of the names on it.

But on a midnight news conference in Davao City, the President gave the members of the media a sneak peek.
