LATEST – The latest data released by Department of Budget and Management showed an increase on the infrastructure spending and other capital overlays of the country.
Along with Pres. Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte’s securing of presidential post in the 2016 national election are a lot of transitions in the government. A period of adjustment is even on the surface on the first months of the new administration.
