After China and Japan, Duterte will visit another neighbor, Malaysia, to discuss matters that affect the citizens of both countries.
President Rodrigo Roa Duterte confirmed that he is once again going out of the country after his working and state visits in China and Japan, and this time, his next destination is Malaysia.
According to Duterte, he is going to Malaysia to meet Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak on November 9 and 10.
According to the President, he and the Prime Minister will discuss about the problem on the series of piracy and abduction that take place in the Malacca Strait.
The chief executive emphasized that it is important for the Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia to discuss about the problems taking place in the seas in between the three countries.
The matter was initially discussed during the visit of the deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia to the Philippines.
