Only one of the triplets inside Mayor Sara’s womb has a heartbeat.
An emotional Mayor Sara Duterte Carpio informed her fellow people of Davao City that two of her triplets cannot survive her pregnancy.
In a change of command ceremony of Task Force Davao on Thursday, September 8, Mayor sara said that only one heartbeat, instead of three, was being detected.
She was quoted saying, “one of the triplets is still fighting it out”.
It is reported that the mayor learned about the sad news on Monday, after visiting the wake of the 27-year-old nurse who is a victim of the Davao City Night Market blast on Friday, September 2.
The victim Kristia Gail Bisnon is one of the local chief executive’s private nurses when she was confined at the Davao Doctors Hospital recently. Her confinement was in connection to her sensitive condition carrying her triplets.
According to Mayor Sara, Bisnon was very dedicated and took care of her well after seeking medical help in connection to her pregnancy of triplets.
