PTV-4 REPORTER – During the press briefing held in Davao City, Pres. Rodrigo Roa Duterte provided a relief in the midst of a very serious talk as he invited Lala Babilonia of PTV-4 for a snack.
The recent press conferences held by Pres. Duterte entailed very serious matters. It might be discussing certain appropriation of government funds, the intensity of the drug campaign, or the ongoing rift between him and Sen. Leila De Lima.
The President is known as the man who, despite how serious the matter is, knows how to jest so as to break the ice. In a recent news report in Inquirer, the President gave a relief while in a serious discussion.
