RIO OLYMPICS 2016 – Held in Brazil, this year’s Olympic Games has once again marked new events in the history of sports competition. A lot of athletes have once again stood for their respective nations in the face of the world.
Recently reported in Rio 2016, several athletes have not just won their respective games but went out colorfully triumphant as they mark the history.
A 21-year-old paddler by the name of Joseph Schooling carved his performance in the Olympics’ history as he surpassed victoriously the 100 m swimming event. He also got the eye of the crowd afterwards as his picture with Michael Phelps went online.
Ethiopia’s Almaz Ayana is on to reach the gold medal on her next games as she won with a great record in 10,000 meter solo run.
