VP Robredo Signs Deal For Speedy Shelter Building For Yolanda Victims

Vice Pres. Leni Robredo has signed an agreement with two government agencies.

ROBREDO – Vice President Leni Robredo has recently signed an agreement with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and National Housing Authority (NHA) to accelerate shelter building for victims of super typhoon Yolanda.

Indeed, super typhoon Yolanda has left some parts of the countries in really great devastation. Even until now, a lot of families affected by the typhoon has not yet fully get back on track.

In a recent news report, it stated that Vice Pres. Leni Robredo, chair of the Housing and Urban Development Coordinating Council (HUDCC), has recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with BIR and NHA for the benefit of the victims of the super typhoon Yolanda.

Based on the news report, there were more than 100,000 families that were displaced by the super typhoon. The signed MOA paves the way for the acceleration of the shelter building for the displaced families of the super typhoon.
