According to a report, it was the second time that the Davao City Vice Mayor Duterte filed a leave of absence for July alone.

Paolo “Pulong” Zimmerman Duterte is the eldest son of former Davao City Mayor and now the president of the Philippines Rodrigo Duterte. He is the acting incumbent Vice-City Mayor of Davao City.
