The United States cannot understand want President Duterte meant when he declared that he is breaking up with America and so they will hear from him first.
The United States of America (US) refused to react on the latest pronouncement of President Rodrigo Duterte that he is breaking the ties between the Philippines and the America and instead, will wait for him to explain it first.
According to US State Department spokesman John Kirby, it is important for the United States to hear the explanation of the President first so that they will know what he meant with his breaking up with the US.
He added that they themselves cannot explain what President Duterte meant.
This is the reaction of the United States following the pronouncement of President Duterte while he is in China for his four-day trip that he is breaking the military and economic ties of the Philippines and the US.
Meanwhile, the members of the Cabinet came to the rescue and offered explanations to the President’s latest pronouncements.
