One of the Davao blast victim’s husband addressed a heartbreaking message to President Duterte to enlist him in the military so that he can seek revenge to the unfortunate fate of his wife.
A heartbreaking message was addressed to President Rodrigo Duterte of the husband of Maria Luz Arellano, a therapist in the Davao City Night Market, who lost her life due to the deadly blast on September 2, Friday evening.
Arellano, 28 years old, was initially marked as Miss X in the morgue because her remains were almost unrecognizable.
But her husband, Edmund, never went wrong in identifying the corpse when he saw her hair tie.
Edmund, a security guard at a shopping mall, could not hold his tears while narrating how he knew that one of the lifeless, exploded bodies in front of him was his wife.
He said, “hinanap ko siya sa mga ospital, ang nakalagay sa listahan ay Ms. X. Kasi hindi na siya nakilala, sabog ang mga mata niya pati likod niya lumabas ang mga laman, putol ang mga paa niya. Pero nang nakita ko ang katawan niya sa morgue, tali pa lang ng buhok alam ko na siya ang asawa ko”.
