Christian Albert Gaza or popularly known as Xian Gaza due to being viral on social media after he used a billboard to get the attention of Kapamilya actress Erich Gonzales.
On his social media accounts, he describes himself as a young CEO for various businesses he has already established.
On the other hand, a complaint was filed against him by his two investors calling him a scammer.
In DZMM’s Lingkod Kapamilya, Jaime Asuncion at Melinda Cruz, asked for help to locate Xian Gaza because he was nowhere to be found after 2 arrest warrant from Branch 26 and Branch 120 of Malabon Metropolitan Trial Court was released.
This was in accordance to his transgression to Republic Act 22 or the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law.
According to Cruz, she did not expect that Gaza will do this to her because she knows his family personally.
The complainant also said that she just received a payment of P20, 000 for the interest in just first five months and after that, she received nothing else.
She also revealed that she served as a lender in the business of the viral personally.
Jaime Asuncion, on the other hand, was the one referred to by Xian Gaza as “tumakbo sa coffee shop business”.
However, Asuncion cleared out that it was Gaza who run away first from their business.
It was mentioned in the report that Gaza owes Asuncion P1 million but he just paid a little amount before he went missing.
