People would be a lot better off if they’d enjoy being single.

A quote from Lewis Black

Being single has advantages. These are the following:

You can have a lot of time for yourself.

You can now have to focus on what you want to do. It’s up to you on how well can you manage your time properly.

You can have freedom

You can do anything anytime anywhere even without permission from other people (except to your parents, of course!)

You can spend more time with friends

You can meet with your friends without any restrictions. You can go everywhere you go and whatever you do.

You can always be happy

You can be jolly at all times even without looking at your surroundings.

You have tons of savings

You can save your money for future purposes. Instead of spending your money on dates, you can invest more for your needs and wants.

You can have the desires to date different people

You can date anyone — could be boys, or girls, or anything in between. But don’t date those people who have partners already.

If being single has advantages, there must also disadvantage. These are the following:

Being single is the worst feeling in the world.

It’s worst if you still single until you die (unless you’re becoming a nun someday, that could be the best thing that will happen to you).

You no longer have that ability to say you’re in a serious long-term relationship.

Being single is good, but being single while you’re already an adult is not good. You may prefer to wait for the right person to have a serious long-term relationship and may end up nothing.

You can’t have someone with whom you can experience life

Being single is good, but having a partner is a different story. According to Sandy Ground, “if you’re in a relationship, there’d be someone with whom you can share your feelings, thoughts” for which cannot be attainable for single people.
