Giant Chicken Bucket On Jollibee Chicago Opening
Jollibee Chicago Opening – A giant chicken bucket that’s full with the ‘crispylicious, juicylicious, Chicken Joy of Jollibee welcomed everyone in the opening of a Jollibee store in Chicago.
The famous Filipino fast-food restaurant made its first store foot at the Midwest location of the United States last Friday ( US Time) specifically located at Skokie in Chicago.
In an article Chicago Eater, the new branch of Jollibee opened its doors at 7 a.m. together with the executives of Jollibee gathered around a giant bucket of Chicken Joy, the signature fried chicken of the fast-food chain.
The store also announced that it will be giving away Jollibee mascot dolls to the first 300 people to line in the store.
Aside from the iconic fried chicken being served by Jollibee, the store also offers other favorites such as the Filipino sweet-style Jolly Spaghetti.
“It has been 18 years since Jollibee set foot in the United States and we are truly grateful for the unwavering support we have received throughout the years, said Jose Maria Minana, Jollibee Foods Corporation’s group president for North America as quoted by NBC Chicago.
“Millions of customers have come in and out of our stores and it has been a joy for us to see how we bring happiness to families over good food,” he added.
He also expressed that the Filipino-based fast-food restaurant is excited to serve the “favorite dishes of Jollibee fans”.
The Skokie branch is the 34th Jollibee store in the US.
Ofcourse, the iconic Jollibee mascot also made an appearance in the store with its red and white tux in the tune of the store’s theme song.
